Course Overview
TOGAF® 9 is a high level and holistic approach to design, which is typically modelled at four levels: Business, Application, Data, and Technology. It tries to give a well-tested overall starting model to information architects, which can then be built upon. It relies heavily on modularization, standardization, and already existing, proven technologies and products.

We teamed up with Optimal in 2013 to help us improve our existing online sales site. The team took on the challenge with enthusiasm and showed real passion to help us achieve our goal. Since we have released the new strategic plan, we have seen a substantial increase in our conversion due to the improved experience.

UKSP are professionals to the nth degree. They are early to every meeting, they hit every deadline. The beauty of their set-up is that they understand the issues from our point of view and our clients standpoint, but ultimately they represent our customers. They are agile in their approach, and have a fantastic ability to work around obstacles on testing day. I would recommend them ten times out of ten.
